Spring Loaded Return Trolley

The Spring Loaded Return Trolley keeps returned books at an easy, comfortable height at all times. A concealed heavy-duty spring platform sits beneath the load: when the trolley is empty the platform rises to just below the rim, and as books are returned it gradually lowers under their weight - so the top of the stack always stays within easy reach. No bending to the bottom of a deep bin, and books drop only a short distance onto the stack below, protecting covers, corners and spines.

Built on a commercial-grade laminate carcass with an easy-reach open top, the trolley rolls smoothly on heavy-duty lockable castors, so staff can wheel returns straight from the drop-off point to the re-shelving area and lock it in place anywhere in between. Its compact footprint tucks neatly beside a circulation desk or reading area.
